I forgot to mention and wanted to add, I would recommend you to go to forums with people far more knowledgeable than me. Reddit’s r/nootropics is one, I seem to remember blue light forum and longecity also have lots of info about more “cutting edge” experimentation. As always, be cautious, and oftentimes common and well tolerated things (for example theanine) can be much better than some research peptides. |
