Lots of chips have prop65 warnings and/or a statement that they cannot be sold in California. It doesn’t seem to have hurt sales. If you’re wondering, it has to do with the temperature of the oil that they are cooked in. In the same sense that drinking too much water all at once is deadly, you’d have to eat a LOT of chips in a short amount of time for them to be dangerous. |
