I use one question to suss out these sorts of things. It's only valuable when talking to the devs that work there, not when talking to managers. The question is "what is your workday like?" The direct answer to that question isn't as important as the conversation that it starts. Ask two or three people and you'll get a good idea of how things really work there. |
