This really resonated with me. Seeing those things casually thrown away didn't just feel like waste. It felt like some kind of emotion was being tossed out too. Sometimes the guilt doesn't come from picking something up. It comes from realizing that we're getting used to throwing things away. Not just stuff, but effort, relationships, and even the part of us that once tried to live with intention. |
