We've been doing this at Illinois for 10 years now. Here's the website with a description of the facility: https://cbtf.illinois.edu/. My colleagues have also published multiple papers on the testing center—operations, policies, results, and so on. It's a complete game changer for assessment—anything, really, but basic programming skills in particular. At this point I wouldn't teach without it. |
