Way to turn an entire generation into a caricature. I think a more important workplace trend is Gen Y managing Gen Y. You're seeing fewer and fewer Gen Y vs. Baby Boomer culture clashes and more Gen Y employees reporting directly to Gen X-ers/older Gen Y-ers with each passing year. Consequently, we're starting to see more openness and flexibility in the workplace but the demand for quality work is (arguably) much higher. |
