I had a nice Philips blue light system, really well designed. It changed nothing for me, and I ended up giving it to someone and I don't think it did anything for them either. $300 wasted?
Yeah, limit light before bedtime, no caffeine, and concentrate of getting a good first few hrs of sleep as the subsequent hrs have diminishing returns. |
