OP is Jeff Garzik for folks unfamiliar - Bitcoin core Dev and crypto entrepreneur from before it became so mainstream the President was releasing coins.

Still remember Garzik posting about receiving one of the first ASIC miners. I can’t even imagine how much money that must have yielded in today’s valuation!
