I’m not sure that’s a great example as they would be vulnerable to many responsibly disclosed and previously fixed issues anyway since they never update. In fact they would be just as vulnerable to any new responsibly disclosed issues as they would if they were immediately “irresponsibly” disclosed because again, they never update anyway. |
