Article I, Section 9 says: > The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it. I wonder what we can find in the “emanations from penumbras” of the word “invasion.” |

This is wildly different than saying "well, invasion can mean anything so its fascism time."
