Imagine that your site brings in a substantial number of customers and revenue; ask yourself, how would you explain to a court that your site's name, "Ghiblio.net", did not at all benefit by exploiting the trademark of "Ghibli"? Like, if you had named your site NintendoArt.net, is it not obvious how that would infringe on the Nintendo brand? |

Regarding the domain name choice, I admit that when selecting "ghiblio.net," I considered the popularity of related keywords and AI's ability to generate this style, but didn't fully consider the potential brand confusion issues. This was an oversight on my part. Going forward, I will be more mindful of these matters, avoid potential infringement issues, and develop my own brand.
