Over the past 6 months, I’ve been working on a system that replaces most internal business operations — approvals, reporting, lead handling, onboarding — with private agents that live inside the business logic itself. We didn’t use Zapier or SaaS wrappers.
We built a lightweight, containerized agent framework that reflects, remembers, and improves over time. The system isn’t public yet — we’ve only deployed it for select clients — but the results have been wild:
• 30–60% reduction in repetitive ops labor
• Near-zero timeouts or script failures (we’re testing in ERP environments)
• Agents that actually get smarter with every failure they encounter We’re not building another SaaS tool. This is more like installing cognition into a business. Curious if anyone else is working on embedded AI systems (especially outside the chatbot layer), or has thoughts on recursive automation in real-world infrastructure. Happy to share more about the architecture or where we’re going next if there’s interest. |
