That investment is converted by fossil fuel companies in running propaganda campaigns, sponsoring fallacious researches proving the benefits of clean coal and other nonsensical bs, lobbying authorities to build more roads (that induce more traffic, more pollution, more jams, etc.) So yes, investors are partly responsible. We are far from the simple supply-demand your comment suggests.. |
