I live in the Netherlands, all our central furnaces speak OpenTherm, and still the best option is a Nest v3, it’s depressing (the device is beautiful but it should just have a local API). Perhaps next time I’ll make something like that, using home assistant you can easily turn any switch with any temp sensor into a thermostat. |
