I deployed CNPG (https://cloudnative-pg.io/ ) on my basement k3s cluster, and was very impressed with how easy I could host a PG instance for a service outside the cluster, as well as good practices to host DB clusters inside the cluster. Oh, and it handles replication, failover, backups, and a litany of other useful features to make running a stateful database, like postgres, work reliably in a cluster. |
