I think it's just not possible, because you're stuck with the reality that it's some combination of a machine and HR sorting through resumes. Even past that step, it's a bit random. I fully admit I ignore the resume when doing interviews, as it's a bias for the interview role I get, which is typically working through some coding problems. |
