I wrote this website for my Aunts/Uncles. It lets them log the state plates they've seen. I was criticized by a high IQ friend into supporting the DC plate. And that's why the max score is actually 102% in a given month :D I pay an exorbitant $5/month for Cloudflare Durable Objects and Workers.
