There are no universally shared principles. I love my siblings and they are intelligent successful people but I wouldn’t want them as coworkers because they don’t have the necessary skills and experience to do what I do. Slavery is legal in the US in the case of prison labor. I’m sure someone exists who would employ minors given the opportunity. |

That’s a bleak perspective. I’m not sure how we are having a conversation in the absence of universally shared principles. Perhaps we aren’t!
As I said: bleak.
