(I'm… pretty doubtful Musk is actually microdosing.)
The Feds consider both crack cocaine and marijuana as a Schedule I drug; per the DEA, "no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse". https://www.dea.gov/drug-information/drug-scheduling
