idk have you ever been stuck on some AI chatbot? some credit card companies have botched chatbot process:
"lost/forged credit card report" / "talk-to-person" are essential support process, but they require you to enter your PIN to get thru that process (if the request for a new credit-card is faked, you're out of luck) |
