Well said. If the company is built around a certain specialism, the specialist will want to spend most of your time there, because that is where most value is created per hour. But many of the other things are critical, but happen to be very time-consuming. Such as traveling around. So in some teams you end up having one person do this specialist work while the other can focus on the more time-consuming things.
