Don't agree at all - the #1 fail is lack of proper marketing of your products. Feedback for solopreneurs are what they hunger and when they get it they almost never let it slip. At least that's my experience.

I do agree that gather feedback is absolutely valuable and you'll need a tool for it. It's just not #1

That's completely true. Feedback is just one of the many reasons, but it's often the one that's hardest to act on clearly. Really appreciate your comment and thoughts.
