1. If you don't do it, someone else will. 2. It's more important that you describe a good story for your CEO to use, than actually implementing it. 3. Find/hire someone who can help you write the story. Just make sure that person has a weakness that ensures they can't completely replace you (see item 1). 4. Manage development speed, team expectations and priorities to the actual best of your abilities. |
