If you trust the CEO's leadership, work hard. The CEO has to worry about runway, not engineers. If not, I'd say make a data-backed case for another course of action, or find another job. Most CEOs I've worked with would be open to hearing a well-reasoned argument for another course of action. Also presenting a good case can be a nice career move even if it's not adopted. |
