When you use their SaaS offering, it's a good product. Self hosted is a different story. Massive stack that reinvents the wheel for every component, lack of documentation, breaking changes between versions all the time (although this has gotten better lately). It feels like it's Open Source mainly for the sake of good PR, not to be actually useful. |
