This, certainly, can be disabled. I don't remember the exact name of the setting, BUT here is what I use: https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10 You should be able to find the setting responsible for displaying these "learn more" buttons. I always disable it for myself and friend's computers. Once you know your ways around disabling all annoyances in Windows, it's really smooth sail. Good luck! |
