In the primary case on that page, the court ordered Apple to assist the FBI or provide a reason why it would be an undue burden. Apple provided a reason it was an undue burden. A hearing was scheduled. The FBI withdrew the request and the order was vacated. That's not exactly the same as refusing to comply with a court order. |
