Amazon has it's own for privacy concerns or whatnot. It's terrible. And my org adopted KPI's for increasing usage of it.

What would be a good KPI for increasing usage of it? More bugs and security incidents?

They're tracking accepted suggestions by employee. With the success metric being higher numbers in both dimensions.

A useless metric if you ask me. There's no customer in that metric
