Only funding the vaccine. Everything else was a disaster. You're possibly conflating post-2020 Biden admin response with 2020 Trump response.

Yes. Operation Warp Speed (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Warp_Speed) was great. Unclear to me if Trump had anything personally to do with that other than not opposing it.
