I tried all the “cool” storage hacks—tins, canisters, CO₂ valves. Eventually I gave up and just shoved my beans in the freezer in the original bag with a chip clip. Shockingly, it worked fine… once I started squeezing out all the air. Now I batch-freeze weekly portions in ziplocks. Zero flavor loss, minimal effort. Peak laziness, peak flavor. Win-win. |
