Tell HN: Cloudflare billing issue that is over 6 months old and no support

It appears that Cloudflare has had a known billing issue for more than 6 months now and there is no way to get in touch with support. Is anyone else having issues? I can't update DNS and they have basically blocked my domain and there is no way to unblock it, even for other company's services on thier network... |
