20b euros investment in this just one big tech company in the US for one year. The report doesn't mention whether it will use Nvidia chips or something else. If they don't use Nvidia, and instead, choose to develop their own chips, they'll have something inferior, likely much higher cost, and longer time to usable datacenter. |
