Sure, but the search engine behind is monstly Bing.

Startpage Netherlands EU Hosting

Use Bing and Google

Ecosia Germany EU Hosting

Use Bing, Google Yahoo and Wikipedia

This is not how you build alternative platforms.

The only true Independents search engine are Brave Search and Kagi both from the US.

The EU can't compete, we are lagging behind.
