Tourism has been in an absolute bubble since the 1990s . The social media turbocharged this , creating a literal rat race where travel became almost 'work' in search of the perfect selfie.

Do you think we might be seeing this bubble bursting now ?

If it has sustained an industry for 35 years with no drop off in growth even through a shock like COVID I don't think you can call it a bubble.
