Straight from FAQ [1]: > Who can see my data?
> Only you can see your data. Almost all of it stays on your computer and only a little bit goes to our safe helper. We also give you ways to make it even more private if you want. So, am I correct to understand that the actual model backing this is on the server side? [1] https://meeting-buddy.com/Faq |

Before the post meeting analysis, audio is being processed and analyzed only on your computer which distils all important meta information (no identity or voice data), when app is doing data analysis it comunicates directly with open AI or other LLM provider so we don't have your data. Our enterprise agreement with OpenAI ensures your data privacy. You can always fully opt-out, depends on your privacy needs :)
Once data come back from LLM provider, they are stored locally on your PC only.
