Yes, I had the exact same thought. $35 is a lot of money to people who aren't tenured professors or fully employed developers like myself now. The lack of understanding of economic realities just kinda stinks. It was a long time ago now, but the biggest reason I ended in a local two-year college instead of a four-year university was I simply couldn't afford the $20 application fees. I only applied to two schools because it was all I could afford. |
