the rollout of this program has gone badly.. when there is a button to push for more money, that seems to be the one thing that always does happen. Pure theory does not deal with the actual implementation of this national program. entertaining and skilled - recommend Princeton University, Center for Information Technology Project, "No WANs Land: Mapping US Broadband Coverage" .. you might be surprised! |
