Don't they generally do the opposite of bend over the horizon? Two towers that are observed (visible wavelength = tiny Fresnel zone) to have line-of-site can easily be obstructed (microwave = huge Fresnel zone). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fresnel_zone |
