Ok, fair point on the nature of the feedback. I don't think the fee idea is very workable. The interview process already has a high amount of hassle on the employer side. Adding in collecting, holding, and returning some kind of fee is a big addition of annoying overhead. I don't think there's any way to incentivize giving feedback besides changing the cultural expectation across the industry. |
