It sounds like a strange combination of difficult conditions and small mistakes that unfortunately were just enough to tip the scales into disaster, but then, miraculously, everything went right and nobody died, although a few were seriously hurt. Such a contrast to the recent crash in Korea, where a combination of difficult conditions and small errors meant things ended up very tragically. |
