You can't leak false information. You can spread false information, but it's only a leak if it's true. Sometimes spreading false information can also be unlawful, like claiming you found funding to take your company private for 18 times its share price, or calling a stranger a pedophile when they say your cave submarine isn't going to help. But it's still not "leaking". |
