I think one thing that the "left" or those countering the red-pill man-o-sphere online is to separate truly toxic masculinity from maybe things that are just traditionally gendered or whatever. The response should be diverse, with people who say like art or whatever being able to talk to people who like say hunting, or martial arts, but like, I think what man-o-sphere spaces have done really well is essentially coded "fun" and "aspiration" as right leaning.

I also that maybe in some sense a default should be pointing people towards a more "conservative" vision. Get a job, get married, have kids is not the end of the world. I remember reading some articles (my own experience matches this) that despite having liberal/progressive views alot of liberals, maybe it was wealthy/successful liberals live their life fairly conservatively. And the reality is if you're lost, then the problem is not that there just aren't enough options for you to be "found", it's that you need to a more directive approach that narrows rather than grows the field of possibilities. Specifically this doesn't mean telling people who want something different are wrong, but if you don't know what you want? Try the normal path.

But yes, all of this should be uncompromisingly wrapped in respect for women/your fellow human etc.

I shouldn’t have even mentioned woke to be honest. I’m a liberal but there’s loads of things I’m conservative about. What I think can bring everyone together is to teach kids to respect one another. That’s what’s missing online: common decency and respect. Sure that’s something that’s likely never going to be solved, but I’d love some way to combat the spread/reach of misogyny especially among kids who have no idea what they’re wading into
