London at this point is mostly immigrants from the third world. Huge swaths of Frankfurt and Paris are the same way. Sure, if you immigrate to a random town (population = 1500) in the French Alps from Africa, I grant that you'll never fit in. But the same goes if you immigrate to a small Iowa farming town (population = 1500) from Ecquador. |
