I worked for a company whose customers were utility companies. We printed and mailed bills for them - basically a home grown bulk mail merge system. Later on we partially pivoted to supporting e-bills. I worked there from 1999-2008. We didn’t even care about either the dot com bust, 9/11 or the housing market crash in 2008. The revenues stayed steady |
