Shame. Between this and changing their boarding process, it seems to me that Southwest have lost pretty much everything that differentiated them from the competition. Back when I was consulting, and therefore traveling a lot, Southwest was by far and away my favorite and preferred airline. Now, I can't see much reason to prefer them to United, American, etc. :-( |
