My mom just got her first laptop as a kindergarden teacher, and I've spent hours creating step-by-step guides for everything from checking email to using the camera. I've tried: - Written instructions (too confusing) - Google Docs with screenshots (tedious to create) - Video recordings (too long, she can't find the part she needs)

Nothing seems to stick or be easy for her to reference when she's stuck. I feel like I'm reinventing the wheel - surely other families have solved this?
