What version of macOS are you on? We've been building for macOS 15.3 (Sequoia), but haven't tested earlier versions...

15.3.1... The binaries in Contents start properly when executed on the terminal, but the icon does not show up if I start the app from Finder - or I can't find it for some reason, but I looked hard :)

Never mind :D ICE was hiding the icon... killed ICE, icon came back!
