I don't think it is possible to build an app that can do what you say. If I'm wrong I'd love to see it.

Just paste it here. There are lots of claims for AI apps that aren't real. You happen to be talking about something that's right in my area of expertise, adopting apps to fit screens with CSS. If you can do that with AI, great. But I don't think so. I'd love to be wrong.
