Again, and I cannot stress this to you enough, get a lawyer and talk to them if you wish to proceed that way. I am not a lawyer, but I will say guessing and saying "magic words" like they ward off C&Ds and lawsuits is not an effective legal strategy to appropriate personalities.

You're also coming off like you don't take this project seriously.
