It is impossible to download XCode without an Apple ID. This by itself is really stupid, but then due to this bug: https://www.reddit.com/r/applehelp/comments/17zawel/continue... I was unable to create an Apple ID on my MacBook (or my PC and phone).

Surely at some point I earn the right to say: "Fuck you Apple"?
